They sent me a replacement battery AND a pre-paid envelope to return the one which didn't fit, saying that if the second one didn't fit, to return both and my account would be credited. Hey, it's a simple cellular telephone battery, right! I'm sure they've tested these to fit on the product for which it was marketed! Wrong! It didn't fit, and had to be returned at my expense, minus some "restocking" fee (some other poor consumer is going to get it next and suffer the same end!). The battery I ordered from Phone Batteries was a NOKIA factory product -- not a cheaper imitation -- and not only did fit perfectly the first time, but also came with specific instructions on how to treat/charge the new battery to ensure maximum endurance from it. This was an OEM product at a fair price -- much cheaper than any of the local shops would sell me one for! I shall order my next cellular telephone battery from Phone Batteries again!
